Today is going to be directed towards men.

I know we say we love our wives and I am sure you do. We need to do more than just say “I Love You”; we need to show her we really love her.

How do I show her love?

1. Start by being a good listener, when your wife is speaking stop what you are doing and give her your attention and focus on her. Remember key points of her discussion so you can reflect on them later. She needs to feel you are listening and you will dazzle her later when you remember parts of her discussion.

2. Do something for her without expecting something in return. I would not recommend doing laundry unless you know how. Do little things that she would normally do like make the bed, dishes, dusting, pick up your socks, vacuum the house, wash her car, cook supper, bag the trash and so on.

3. Pray - Take time during the day to pray for your wife. Ask God to allow you to be a good husband, help you be the husband God wants you to be and the husband she needs you to be. Ask God to be with your wife today, give her the strength to perform daily functions, keep her healthy, strong and safe.

ROMANTIC TIP - While your wife is in the shower, take her towel and place it in the dryer. As soon as the water shuts off or if you know she is almost done hand her the warm towel and leave the room. You can listen to her lovely remarks through the door.
